Shipping policy
All of our packages ship from Canada where our items are made and warehoused.
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 (in local currency based on shipping destination, before taxes and after discounts are applied)
Orders under $100 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $12 within Canada and to the Continental US.
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or any Armed Forces Reserves.
OTHER SHIPPING DETAILS
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of placing an order but the turnaround time may be delayed during holiday and sale periods.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays.
All shipments to Canada and the US are duty- and tax-free under the Canada–US–Mexico Agreement (CUSMA), with no extra costs to you.
Shipment confirmation and tracking numbers are sent after the order is processed for shipping.
At this time, we are not offering International Shipping but hope to do so soon!
